2014 is proving to be a lucky year for Kuramathi, in the Maldives with successive trophies stacking up the awards mantelpiece – its latest addition; the FSA Commendation Award 2013. This is the second win of the prestigious title, after contending with 9 competitive resorts in the Maldives.
Countless thanks and gestures of gratefulness go to our team members with their strong resolution to adhere to safe, hygienic practices during food production, food preservation and storage. It is a difficult task given the size of Kuramathi as it caters to an average of 1,000 people a month. Executive Chef, Michel Muffat express his heartfelt thankfulness with a message, “Awards come with a high price, as it calls for consistency, precision and integrity. These are the ingredients we always keep in handy when delivering tasteful food to our guests and team members while keeping an extra vigilant eye on how delicate they maybe if handled carelessly”.
